Care Instructions

Wipe with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. When used on the beach, rinse bag with a hose and the sand will self-drain through the small fibers of the bag. These artisan bags are flexible, allowing them to be bent and folded without damage. To maintain its shape, store in its original condition. Each bag is handmade and small frays are common.

Our Citron totes can handle the following weights:

Medium: 30 lbs

Large: 35 lbs

XLarge and Weekender: 40 lbs

The bag is hand weaved and it will break if not respecting these limits.

Love the bag but frustrated with the process

I adore this tote. I purchased a Large initially and it was overwhelmingly massive. I decided to exchange for a Medium. The shipping to return was $40, which was very frustrating. I was tempted to just keep a tote I wasn't pleased with. I feel like I should have been able to exchange without the Shipping cost, but I recognize that's just a personal opinion. Tote held up very well as carry-on on flights to the beach and served wonderfully as a beach bag for me and my 3 kiddos. It's very durable and cute!
